Why Brisbane property stylists need an installer they can rely on
Property styling runs on tight, fixed deadlines. A property goes to market on a set date, and every piece of art, every mirror, has to be on the wall, level and secure, before photos are taken or buyers walk through.
There is no room for a job that gets rescheduled or a piece that goes back up crooked. Over the past few weeks we have started working with three Brisbane property styling and interior design studios on exactly that basis: Luma Design Co, Dani Louis Design, and Scope Interiors.
Luma Design Co
Luma Design Co brought us in for a mirror installation in Bardon in late August. It was straightforward on paper, but a mirror carries no margin for error: the wrong anchor or a few millimetres out of level shows immediately in a styled room. The job went up on schedule and became the start of an ongoing arrangement, with Luma now booking us directly for picture hanging across their properties as they come up.
Dani Louis Design
Dani Louis Design called us in to a property in Bulimba to replace an existing installation that was not holding the way it should have. This is a job we see more often than people expect: a piece was hung previously, often by someone without the right anchor for the wall type, and it needs to be taken down and done properly. We reinstalled it correctly the same visit, on the wall type actually present, not the one assumed.
Scope Interiors
Scope Interiors reached out for a last minute booking in Auchenflower, the kind of request that tests whether an installer can actually turn up when a stylist needs them, not a week later. We fit it in, the job went smoothly, and it has already led to an ongoing arrangement for future properties rather than a one off.
